caesar dressing

4 anchovy fillets

80g mayonnaise 

1 lemon, juiced

2 garlic cloves, minced

40ml worcestershire sauce 

5ml white wine vinegar

40g parmesan cheese, grated

pinch sea salt

freshly ground pepper

  • Chop the anchovies and pound them in a pestle and mortar into a fine paste. 
  • In a bowl stir together anchovies and the other ingredients. 
  • Dress nice crisp green lettuce leaves and top with croutons.
