200g ready made puff pastry
50g cheddar cheese, grated
- Preheat oven on gas mark 6.
- Line a baking tray with baking paper.
- Unroll the puff pastry.
- Scatter grated cheese over the pastry and press firmly.
- With a pastry cutter or sharp knife, cut into bite sized pieces.
- Arrange pieces onto lined baking tray.
- Bake for 15 minutes.
- Cool completely on a wire rack.
- Store in an airtight container, will keep for 3 days.
