cheesy puffs


200g ready made puff pastry

50g cheddar cheese, grated

  • Preheat oven on gas mark 6.
  • Line a baking tray with baking paper.
  • Unroll the puff pastry.
  • Scatter grated cheese over the pastry and press firmly.
  • With a pastry cutter or sharp knife, cut into bite sized pieces. 
  • Arrange pieces onto lined baking tray.
  • Bake for 15 minutes.
  • Cool completely on a wire rack.
  • Store in an airtight container, will keep for 3 days.
