300g granulated sugar
4 litres sparkling water
- Roll each lemon across the kitchen counter before juicing.
- Add the juice to a large pan, add the sugar.
- Over a low heat, warm up the mixture and stir frequently until the sugar has dissolved.
- Leave to cool.
- According to taste pour around 10ml into a long glass and top up with sparkling water.
- Refreshing as is and also a good mixer for vodka or gin.
