250g minced beef, lamb or chicken

50g wholemeal flour

1 egg, beaten

1 tsp chopped fresh parsley or mint

  • Place all ingredients into a mixing bowl, combine well.
  • Roll mixture into balls, place on to the baking tray and refrigerate for at least an hour. 
  • Preheat oven on gas mark 6. 
  • Place the meatballs in the oven and bake for around 30 minutes, ensure cooked through. 
  • Cool throughly before serving. 

Will keep for 3 days in the fridge.
