potato salad

750 g new potatoes, quartered

5 tbsp greek yoghurt

3 tbsp mayonaise

dash of white wine vinegar

1/2 tsp dijon mustard

finely chopped dill

freshly ground salt and pepper

  • Boil the potatoes in salted water until cooked, drain and leave to cool.
  • Mix all the other ingredients together in a bowl.
  • Add the potatoes and gently stir through the mixture.
