spiced lamb and chickpeas
500g minced lamb
onion, diced
2 x 400g tinned tomatoes
4 tbsp garam masala
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp coriander
1 tsp harissa
1/2 tsp chilli flakes
100g frozen peas
2 x 400g tinned chick peas
- Brown the lamb.
- Fry off the onion until soft.
- Add tinned tomatoes and spices.
- Add additional water if required.
- Simmer for 30 minutes.
- Add frozen peas.
- Drain, rinse and add chickpeas.
- Heat through.
