spiced lamb and chickpeas

500g minced lamb

onion, diced

2 x 400g tinned tomatoes

4 tbsp garam masala

1 tsp cumin

1 tsp coriander

1/2 tsp harissa

1/4 tsp chilli flakes

100g frozen peas

2 x 400g tinned chick peas

  • Brown the lamb.
  • Fry off the onion until soft.
  • Add tinned tomatoes and spices.
  • Add additional water if required.
  • Simmer for 30 minutes.
  • Add frozen peas.
  • Drain, rinse and add chickpeas.
  • Heat through.
